What counts as an "engineer"?+
Anyone who has an active Rootline account — including SREs, DevOps engineers, platform engineers, and engineering managers. Billing is monthly per seat and you can add or remove engineers at any time.
Can I try Team features before paying?+
Yes — the 14-day trial gives you full access to every Team feature, no credit card required. At the end of the trial, you choose whether to subscribe or move to Starter.
Do you store our incident data?+
Yes, Rootline stores incident metadata and signal correlations to power the knowledge base and pattern matching features. We are SOC 2 Type II certified. Enterprise customers can configure custom retention and request on-prem deployment.
What integrations are included?+
Starter includes 5 integrations. Team and Enterprise include all 30+ integrations — Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, GCP, PagerDuty, Slack, GitHub, Jira, and more. Custom integrations via API are available on all plans.
How does billing work?+
Team is billed monthly per active engineer. Annual plans are available with a 20% discount. Enterprise pricing is custom based on team size, usage, and contract terms.
